Omni and Sector Outdoor Wi-Fi Access Point
The Cambium Networks cnPilot 502S is a medium- to high-density outdoor Wi-Fi access point designed for demanding environments where performance and reliability are critical. Supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with dual-band 2x2 MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, the 502S delivers data rates up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz. Its integrated sector antenna with high gain and a 23 dBm front-to-back ratio provides excellent isolation, making it ideal for high-interference outdoor scenarios, long-range coverage, and targeted sector deployments.
Built for outdoor use, the cnPilot 502S features an IP67-rated, UV-protected enclosure with an integrated LTE filter and operates reliably in temperatures from -30 °C to 60 °C. It supports up to 256 clients and 16 SSIDs, offers enterprise-grade security, and is powered via 802.3af/at PoE, with the ability to provide power out on a secondary Gigabit Ethernet port. With flexible mounting options and full management through cnMaestro at no additional cost, the cnPilot 502S is a robust and versatile solution for enterprise and public outdoor Wi-Fi networks.
