Pro Site Support provides prioritized phone support (in English) for any site with a UniFi Cloud Gateway such as a UDM-Pro-Max or a UCG-Ultra. Two plans are available: 24x7 or business-hour.

It is presently priced on a per-site basis and available to either integrators / MSPs or end customers. Support engineers for this product are based in the US and Sweden. They provide T2 / T3-level coverage directly and will meet an integrator / MSP or end customer at their level of knowledge to solve their problems. A 'site' is defined as one UniFi Cloud Gateways and all the UniFi devices behind it (e.g., APs, switches, cameras/NVRs).

Terms of service

1. Each license code can only be used by a single reseller (or end-user) entity for 1 site (which is one UniFi Cloud Gateway and its UniFi devices
2. UniFi Professional Site Support is available in two plans: 24x7 or business-hours-only
3. Pro Support consists of remote phone support (in English). There will be no on-site support available.
4. The support team aims to provide assistance promptly, however response times may vary.
5. UniFi Professional Site Support is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased
6. The Site Support license is only valid for 1 year or 3 years and our billing date will indicate it's start.
