Compact indoor and outdoor OSDP reader with NFC and mobile access support.The Retrofit Reader is a slim indoor and outdoor access reader that works with existing cabling when paired with the UniFi Retrofit Hub. With support for NFC cards, keyfobs, and mobile access via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, it enables modern and flexible access control solutions. The reader communicates securely using OSDP v2 over RS-485 and integrates easily into existing installations.
The IP55-rated enclosure protects against dust and splashing water, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor mounting. Installation is possible on walls or gang boxes using the included mounts. LED indicators, a built-in speaker, and touch pass functionality provide clear user feedback. Centralized management is handled through UniFi Access.
